What is 3-event Water Skiing?

 

The 3 competitive events of traditional water skiing are:

 

Slalom

 

Tricks

 

and Jump  

 

... and then there's Overall - a "fourth event", which is just the sum total of the 3 individual events, scored under a common points system, to determine an overall Champion for each age/gender division.​
