Planning for the 2024 South Central Region Championship has begun. Jay has found a venue for a casual banquet party with AC, a cash bar, a catered meal, and some music for about $25. He would like a rough number of those that plan on attending this year. The Assistant Chief judge would like to start putting together a schedule as well, so she would like to know who plans on signing up to ski. It is a great help to the organizers to work with some rough numbers instead of trying to look into the crystal ball and make a good guess.
