It's Buoy time !

Spring skiing is in full swing! Sanctions are going up, buoys are going in, and scores are getting posted. The SCR has a full summer ahead. Below are some highlights of the upcoming season.

LA Night Jam is just around the corner, June 5-7, 2026, at Bennett's, Zachary, LA; I hope to see you on the berm! There are 4 other tournaments this weekend. Be sure to be at one!

Jr. Development is coming together this summer at Lakes at Cypress Hill, Cypress, Texas June, 19-21, 2026. Exciting news the Jd committee is bringing back the Pre-JD Friday clinic. Be sure to reserve your spot , and enter the tournament.

SCR Championships will be July 31- August 2, 2026, at Cedar Creek Waterski Park, Elkins, Arkansas. Roger has proposed a new format with prelims and Finals in slalom. Registration is open; stay tuned for more details and a schedule coming out soon. 

Nationals is back in the glorious Midwest. This event is going to Trophy Lake Estates, Center City, Minnesota, August 9-16, 2026, for the first time. 

And rounding out the season will be the first time ever Alumni Collegiate Nationals at Bennett's, September  4 -6, 2026.  This should be all kinds of fun!!

It’s time to get your name in for the electronic absentee ballot.  Robert Howerton's Director position is up for election, as well as the election for EVP.
