If you received your Pan Am Judge rating prior to 2021, you have until Dec. 31, 2023 to complete the re-test to maintain your rating and extend it another five years. If you plan to submit your name to the International Activities Committee (IAC) to be considered for judging an international event, you MUST pass the re-test BEFORE the IAC will consider you for an event.
If you tested in January 2021 or later, your expiration date is five years from the time you tested.
