AWSA Headquarters is experiencing changes in support persons handling the sanction approval process. This change has resulted in an assessment of the current practices that required a change in the processing order of applications. The payment process for sanction fees will be required before primary submission is accepted by headquarters. This will allow sponsoring organization to modify and change appointed officials, number of rounds of particular events and other last minute sanction changes without delaying access to the registration list required to build the WSTIMS running orders and other updates. Now the EVP will be able to approve last minute changes without restrictions currently resulting from staff at headquarters reducing access hours.
